Focusing on The Most Important...

It seems this time of year can be full of running around like a chicken with your head cut-off if we don't focus on what is most important this time of year. It seems that you have never-ending to do lists, to mail lists, and to shop-for lists.

Today I was starting to get really anxious about getting everything ready in time for Christmas. (Especially when these storms roll in and my body won't do what I need it to do!) That was until I started preparing to teach my young women's lesson next week. I found these pictures and watched the video I posted a few days ago on "He is the Gift", I will be using  these as part of my lesson about the Savior for sure.

The "He is the Gift" video  helps us all remember what is most important this time of year. I know if I keep a focus on the Savior then not only will my light shine brighter but all my burdens will be lifted and I will better be able to serve those I love in a Christ-like way.

So today instead of stressing I will focus on what matters most and remember HE is the GIFT!
