CELEBRATION DAY

Yes today was the day… J'Dee did graduate from high school today! He was so excited to finally be done with high school. He has been ready for the past 4 months and couldn't wait to get out of school and get on with his life. It has been difficult for him to decide on what plans for the future. All he wanted to do for this summer is to get a good job and save his money. He got a job a couple weeks ago at a local jiffy lube, but was not really excited about it. He put other applications in and interviewed for a job at the city. He was notified yesterday after the interview that he got he job and he could start the day after we get home from his graduation trip!

He was so excited to get a $2.00 an hour raise and have a full time job with great hours. He felt very blessed today as he graduated and has plans for this summer!

After his graduation we all went and celebrated at Dickey's Barbecue restaurant. We all enjoyed spending the time with J'Dee today!

On the way home from graduation Niah got a text from her drivers ed teacher her test scores were into the system and she could go get her drivers license! We made a beeline to the DMV and just look at the smile on her face! I don't think anything could have made her as happy as getting her license today!

Just left the DMV with her license!
